Lightning Construction is providing Commercial and Industrial Construction solutions in Christchurch and to the greater Canterbury and Central Otago Regions. We work alongside existing property owners and with individuals and companies contemplating new urban or rural building projects. We regularly price and tender on projects and can also offer in-house design services managed by our Design & Quotations Manager. We have strong established relationships with local and national professionals, providing design and engineering support across key disciplines. Our work includes agricultural buildings, retail tenancy fitouts, commercial offices, showrooms, warehouses and education facilities. CHRISTCHURCH EARTHQUAKE RESPONSE

After the Canterbury Earthquakes we expanded our operations in order to assist with the rebuild. As our main offices are located in East Christchurch (where much of the earthquake damage occurred) we have been amongst the post-quake action from the very beginning. One of our main post-quake projects was the re-establishment of Eastgate Mall. We are also heavily involved with EQR residential and commercial building repairs.
